2. We Specialise in Early Intervention Care.
It is important to identify and intervene early to provide the best possible outcomes for children with disabilities or developmental delays, and we believe wholeheartedly in the importance of early intervention in promoting positive outcomes for individuals with disabilities. At Divine Care Solutions, we provide early intervention services designed to identify and address developmental delays, support children and their families, and enhance their participation in everyday activities. Some of the early intervention services we can provide are:

Our team works closely with clients, their families, and carers to create a customised plan that fits their individual needs and goals.Some of the disability support services we can provide are personal care, mobility assistance, medication management, emotional support, skill development, therapy services, respite care, and advocacy. We specialise in early intervention care and in-home support services, ensuring your loved ones are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
4. We Provide Safe and Comfortable In-Home Care.
Home is where the heart is, and we love caring for clients in their homes, where they are often most comfortable. In-home care allows individuals with disabilities to receive the necessary care and support while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own environment. At Divine Care Solutions, we help access community resources and support to create a comprehensive NDIS-approved care program that delivers on all their needs.
During in-home care services, we can assist with daily living needs, personal hygiene, medication pickup and reminders, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, emotional support, companionship, transportation, rehabilitation assistance, and in-home safety monitoring for your loved one. In addition, we liaise with other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other service providers, to ensure our clients get everything they need both in and out of the home.
